About this property

Recently renovated Madeira Beach condo with 5 min walk to beach, bars and shops.

Great condo located in beautiful Madeira Beach Yacht Club. We are located right on Boca Ciega Bay and are less than a 5 minute walk from Madeira Public Beach, restaurants and shops. We have a full gym, spa and two heated swimming pools. Directly across from the yacht club is a public park, with walking trail, pickle ball and tennis courts, a water park and children's playset. Our condo has everything you'll need, including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We have two bedrooms, the master has a king bed with twins in the second bedroom. Recent renovation with all new floors, granite countertops, fans and blinds. Each room has a TV, including a 55 inch smart tv in the living room where you can enjoy your streaming channels. New AC and appliances, screened patio with oversized chairs, Weber gas grill. Waterside dock with seating on the water directly behind condo. Walking distance to the grocery store and CVS. Pull out couch in living room for last minute guests.

No need to drive!

Beach traffic can be crazy, but no need to drive in this location ! Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, beach, boat rentals and even the post office! There is a park directly across the complex with pickle ball, tennis, basketball , splash park for the kids and beautiful walking path along the water. Plenty of areas to fish, or just sit on the piers and enjoy a drink. Would definitely return.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place to stay, friendly neighbors, well kept grounds with two heated pools that we enjoyed , short walk to beach, condo had cart and chairs for beach, Winn Dixie ,restaurants and bars within walking distance, hopefully will be back again,if you’re thinking about booking, do it now!

holiday getaway

Enjoyed our time away in the townhouse. Excellent location to beach, stores and local restaurants and bars. The Park across the street is great for fishing, biking and walking. We encountered confusion with check in but found residents in the community were so helpful.
