Fully remodeled ranch style home with modern interior design and Southern California colors and art. The home is fully fenced in and has a freshly landscaped front yard with 100% privacy and a large back patio with grill, fire pit, lounge seating and a dining table for six, which is all fully fenced. The large dining room seats 12, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a feast along with bar seating. Large wall-mounted tv sits in front of a cozy Pottery Barn couch and wifi throughout the house. House is filled with bright plants, art and modern wall-paper. Bedrooms have brand-new mattresses and linens and each has black-out shades. Two bedrooms, one pullout couch, and one large couch. A quick drive to Columbia City and Beacon Hill, and a 15 minute walk from the Light Rail.

Lovely home for a family get together

Owner’s home was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 adults over the week of Thanksgiving. Additional local family joined us for meals and it couldn’t have been any more perfect for our needs. The owner clearly took great care in preparing the home for our stay. Could not have asked for more.

Modern, Comfortable, and Secure Interior

We stayed for 6 mainly rainy days and nights over the Christmas holidays. We would recommend this home with many modern interior features for anyone needing or wanting convenient access to downtown or central Seattle from the south. There is easy access to Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight or the International District. We found the owner to be very responsive during our stay! The furniture and beds are comfortable, the dining room table is huge, the kitchen is well stocked (except there's no microwave), and the appliances are modern. There's an alarm system so we always felt safe. The front door is locked and unlocked from the outside using an app, which took us a while and some assistance from the owner to figure out, but once we got used to it, it worked great. Just remember to take your smartphone with you when you leave the house! The lot is surrounded by a wooden fence, including the front yard, which adds to the sense of security. This also means the house is not visible from the street, so be aware of that. We were very pleased with our stay, and are happy we found this home to be available during the holidays.

Warm, welcoming and spacious

Katie’s home is perfect — plenty of room for our family of 4 and absolutely beautiful. Ten minutes to downtown Seattle and 20 minutes to SeaTac. Couldn’t have been more pleased (unless maybe if there was a microwave)!! Hope to stay again on our next visit to the Pacific Northwest.

The property is entirely fenced in with many trees surrounding it. It is located on a dead end, which is a very quiet street. You will feel like you are tucked away from the city.
