Located in the heart of Sanguinet, close to the lake and the shops, come and enjoy this lovely house comprising of one living room, an independent kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Enjoy your meals in the shade of a beautiful tree and relax in the garden.

Equipped with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, the house is ideally located 600m from Lake Sanguinet, 400m from Sanguinet town centre and 12km from Biscarrosse plage. Washing machine and travel cot also included.

Petite maison pour 2 bien située, bien ombragée

Maison bien équipée très bien située pour balades vélo, pour balades à pied et les courses peuvent se faire à pied également. Mais très forte odeur d’humidité dans la maison , très désagréable et persistante malgré une aération en continu. C’est bien dommage car maison très agréable à vivre.

Super séjour !

Location parfaite ! L'intérieur est top, le petit jardin également. Le lac est juste à côté, nous avons posé la voiture et profité. De vraies vacances... Pour ne rien gâcher, l'accueil de l'agence est top, la procédure d'accueil est très pratique et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.
