House 3-4 people 150 m from St-Pierre Quiberon beach

Former barn dating from the middle of the 19th century converted into a house, it is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Pierre Quiberon 150 m from the beach and the port.

It involves,
on the ground floor: living room (TV, internet wifi), equipped kitchen (2 ovens / microwave / LV) and toilet;

upstairs: two bedrooms and the bathroom leading to one of the bedrooms. Bed configuration: a large, bright bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190); a second fully renovated bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190), a single BZ bed (90 x 190) and a new sofa bed with a mattress topper (140 x 190).
For young children, we provide a travel cot, a high chair and a safety barrier.

The house can therefore accommodate a family with 2 children as well as two couples. We still insist on the fact that the toilets being on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs, the staircase can annoy tenants with mobility problems.

You will also find at your disposal in the accommodation: towels, tea towels, rags, cleaning kit. There is always in the kitchen everything you need (salt, pepper, oil, sponge, trash bag ...) to help you out if necessary. A storage room shelters the washing machine, a deckchair, a parasol and some beach toys. The house also has two enclosed small gardens: one (accessible by the French window) is equipped with chairs, garden table and a barbecue, the other (accessible by the street) is furnished with a garden furniture . There is an outside water point and a garden hose.

The house is at a dead end, but there are several parking lots nearby where you can park your vehicle. Next to the house is a bus stop for the Auray - Quiberon line. You can also arrive by train (only in summer) as the train station is around 1 km from the accommodation.

Once your car is parked, the shops, the beach (supervised in summer + children's club) and the port are within walking distance. You will find in the village: butcher, caterer, grocery store, fish stall on Tuesday, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, doctor, physiotherapist, nurse. Every Thursday morning a market is held down the street.

To visit: Belle Île, Houat and Hoédic, Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan, megalithic sites of Carnac and Locqmariaquer.
