Comfortable charming apartment of 185 sqm, in the historic heart of Dijon, opposite the iconic owl, very bright, close to the city centers of interest such as the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Liberation Square, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Tour Philippe le Bon, halls, and many restaurants and wine tasting venues, consisting of 5 rooms with a capacity of 10 beds, is presenting three "spaces" each with a bathroom water and separate toilets:
- The first area consists of a large room with bed 180x200, and a smaller one with 2 beds 90x200
- The second space offers a large bedroom with 160x200 bed and a smaller room with two convertible fireside of 80200.
- The third space is a room with bed 180x200, possibly convertible into 2 beds 90x200 if necessary.
The living room is a large library lounge with flat screen tv, a small internet room with free wifi, a dining room with its dishes, and a large fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
dryer washing machine is also available.
The breakfast is made on site each morning.
