My stay went well and served its purpose. The unit was clean. Check in was easy, though they had just transitioned to a mobile app for parking and entry. But once that was settled, no issues there.
A couple of suggestions I would make: install a code on the unit door for entry. Makes it easier not having to locate the key as there are at least 50 different lockboxes and most not marked properly.
I would also purchase some kitchen essentials, nothing expensive, to have on hand in the unit. But measuring cups, a colander, foil, and especially, cleaning supplies. There is no bathroom cleaner, 409 spray, mopping solution, or any type of cleaning products available. Also, perhaps some books or games. It looks like everything is discarded after a guest leaves instead of keeping some items for the next guest.
I did leave foil, coffee, creamer, granola bars, etc for the next guest.
I appreciated the surplus of towels, pillows, and sheets. And the apartment was very clean. Quiet during the day and at night as the people there are mostly patients and medical staff.
The unit is also really close to the metro rail that will take you to the NRG or all the way downtown.
There’s not many eateries in walking distance but nothing is too far away.
Overall enjoyed the stay!
