Beautiful spacious suite back to river ravine. In a very upscale area near Hendy drive. All amenities close by. Restaurants, grocery stores, Tim Horton, bus stop in walking distance. Minutes away from West Edmonton Mall, Misericordia hospital, 20 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to U of A or U. hospital, 25 minutes to international Airport. Free WIFI, BBQ. Infloor Heating system.

This suite is bright with big windows, and spacious, has about 1400sf with 9' ceilings. 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a queen sized bed with very comfortable sheets which used for 4 and 5 star hotels; an open, and fully equipped kitchen with crock pot. living room with a big flat TV, a 4 piece full bath room, laundry room, and a storage room. it has hardwood floor through out the whole place, granite counter top in the kitchen, marble like tile in the bathroom. Children paly facilities in the backyard.

There are walking, bike trails, and a path to the river which are just by side of this home. You can go jogging, ride a bike or taking a relaxing walk on the trails or go to have a picnic at the ravine park in summer. This suite has its own Private separated entrance.

Spacious and great for large family

The location has 3 bedrooms so very comfortable for 5 to 7 people. We were missing some supplies and appliances; however, the owner delivered everything we were missing promptly. the owner is very kind and responsive. Location seems to be in a beautiful neighborhood, but we stayed in the winter during very harsh weather, so we did not get to enjoy any of it.
