About this property

TreeCasa! Dogs welcome! Awesome Condo in the Pines!

Enjoy natural lighting and amazing views of Mt Elden from this beautifully decorated, high end condo. You will enjoy watching the birds and the occasional deer from the deck and love the privacy of this home. This home is fully stocked and ready for guests to enjoy! Great for families! Plus a real wood burning fireplace for the chilly Flagstaff nights!
We are "well trained" dog friendly as well! Dogs only!!!
We ask for a 2 dog limit, no barkers, and a a $50 nonrefundable pet fee which will be requested directly from the host prior to your arrival. We also ask that you practice our "4 on the floor" policy. No pets in or on beds, or furnishings. Please clean up after your pet as well when doing their outside business. While you are away, you must provide a kennel for your dog to stay in to keep them safe as well as the home. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and keep your dogs leashed when outdoors.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet during your stay!

If you book with us for longer that 20 days, we will need to come into the home and do a midstay cleaning. You will be responsible for the cost of the cleaning. We will not do any laundry during this cleaning and the cost will be $125

Our check out time is prior to 10am. We the Enhanced Cleaning Protocol put in place by VRBO, it is taking much longer to turn the home over for our next guests. We appreciate you following the check out procedures and departing in a timely manner.
Check in time is 4pm. If the home is clean and ready prior to 4pm, I will let you know so you can check in sooner.

This home has 2 portable floor unit air conditioners. One on main floor and one in downstairs bedroom.. We do provide tips on keeping the home cool in the warmer months!

Dark and Cool is our Summertime motto!
Keep the doors, windows and blinds closed until the evening around 6ish. Open everything up then and enjoy the cool Flagstaff evening! Leave them open overnight to maximize natural cooling! Shut everything up again by 9am to trap the cool air in during the day! Have fun!

Perfect Location for Exploring

The condo is super easy to get to, and offered the ideal spot for setting up a home base to explore the Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was clean, well decorated and well laid out.

Quiet and Relaxing

The property was perfect for needs. The location is central enough to be convenient with a great view off the deck. The snow on the mountains was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay!

We've stayed here before and plan to again. This is a cozy, clean and conveniently located condo that has all the amenities we need. It's a very quiet area that frequently has deer roaming the area.

Nice Property

Amazing stay!

The property was easy to find and access, and my goodness…what a beautiful home! My friends and I are from Texas so waking up to that view was so nice. The host checked on us to make sure we were okay…very hospitable. We also found ourself counting the horses around the house lol! 5 stars all around!

2nd time even better

The little upgrades/fixes made the property even nicer/better this time (our 2nd time at the property). An A/C unit was added for the main level but we did not need it as the natural Flagstaff coolness kept the place in the 70s.

Great place to stay

Property was clean and communication was excellent. Property has everything we needed and the location was nice for our stay in Flagstaff. We were staying there with our 3 teenage children. The property is a condo with tenants below. We were not loud at all, but were definitely living there. The neighbors below were unwelcoming when we walked in and out and there were a couple of times that they pounded on their ceiling in order to let us know we were being too loud. Again, we were just walking up and down stairs and talking. This place is an excellent find for maybe a couple or a family that can tip toe up and down the stairs, but due to the neighbors, it could be challenging for any more than this. Besides this, our experience was great. Property was as expected and was rented for a very reasonable rate.

Too Many Stairs For A Man With Walker & Broken Femur.

I Will Start With The Parking Was Very Hard On Me. I Noticed A Couple Sidewalk Hazards, Especially At Night With A Walker! Oh Yeah Are Steps To Our Door Hard For Me, I Had The Use Other Stairs. I Felt Trapped On The Ground Level Unable To Walk Up The Stairs & Relax In The Living Room Or Relax On The Patio. I Mean Since I'm The One Who Has To Pay For The Lodging. Oh My Family Also Said The Beds Had Rock Hard Mattresses. I Also Had Trouble Jumping Into My High Bed With A Broken Femur! I Do Know My Next Stay I Will Go Back To Hotel Suits & Not Waist My Time Or Money With You. Thank You Gregg Fajardo.

We loved the coziness of this property. It was a great location, only a 7 min drive to Little America Hotel where we went for the North Pole Experience. It was a great quiet place to stay.

Comfortable, clean and quiet

Property was very clean and located in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Close to Campbell Mesa Loop Trails which we enjoyed (along with our dog). Host is excellent communicator. Kitchen well stocked. They have portable A/C units in both the family room and master bedroom. We didn't use them as it cooled down nicely at night. However, if you're concerned about the warmer summer temps, you should be very comfortable.

We are huge dog fans, and have our own! We love beautiful Flagstaff and all the beauty that it brings! We welcome you to this deluxe condo where you will feel right at home!

Why they chose this property

We also have a driving range within walking distance, a short course too! Just down Old Walnut Canyon Rd you will find Duck Pond, and plenty of ducks! There is a walking trail that leads all the way around the pond. If you are up for a hike, there are Campbell Mesa trailheads just past the pond! You are close to great restaurants such as Oregano's, grocery stores, Safeway, The Flagstaff Mall and much more along the lines of shopping! You can keep out of most of the hustle and bustle of Flagstaff by staying on this end of town! The units are very quiet and private and dont be surprised to see deer each day as well as a multitude of birds! You will definitely want to come back!
We recommend visiting the Flagstaff Athletic Center East, right down the road from the condo! Enjoy the salt water pool, swim indoors or outdoors in the summer months, climb the rock wall, work out and more! Day passes available!

We also recommend Flagstaff Athletic center where you can buy day passes for activities offered there!
Enjoy swimming in the salt water pool! Rock wall climbing and more!
There is quite a lot to do at both of these locations at a low cost!
There is also a driving range and short course just around the corner from the condo! You can not go wrong here!
With many hiking trails, a walking path around the Duck Pond, driving range, short course and everything within easy walking distance, you will enjoy the quiet of this Country Club neighborhood.

Resting in the Coconino National Forest, this property is often frequented by local wildlife like elk and deer! Meander an easy mile to the Campbell Mesa Loop Trails, an ideal area for nature fanatics to explore the scenic trails of the forest without going far! Other nearby hiking paths include Fatman's Loop Trail, Campbell Mesa, Old Cave Crater Trail and the Sandy Seep Trailhead to Mount Elden.

Only 15 minutes away is downtown Flagstaff, home to an abundance of local shops, art galleries and incredible restaurants.
Day trips are easy to any of the area attractions in Arizona!
