Beautiful house completely renovated 100 m from the city of Carcassonne with a splendid view of our beautiful city .....
My house is composed of a beautiful living room with a living room overlooking garden and terrace. View of our beautiful city.
Big screen TV with sound bar to watch a good movie or listen to music.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped for travelers who like to cook!
Ice cubes at will with the American fridge. (no ice in the winter) Laundry room with washing machine.
Shower room (Italian shower). Wc.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.
A suite (bed 180) with its bathroom (Italian shower) and toilet. Big screen TV.
A room (bed 160) with a balcony and a splendid view on the beautiful city. Unforgettable !!!

Séjour parfait! Perfektes Aufenthalt

le séjour s´est parfaitement déroulé. C´était notre deuxième fois dans cette jolie maison. Cathy est une propriétaire très attentionée et avenante. Das Aufenthalt lief perfekt. Es war unser zweite Mal in diesem wunderschön gerichteten Ferienhaus. Cathy ist eine sehr aufmerksame und kundenorientierte Eigentümerin. Nous sommes franco- allemand (moi originaire de Carcassonne vivant à Stuttgart avec mon épouse allemande). Wir sind eine deutsch- französiche Familie (ich aus Carcassonne allerdings ich wohne bei Stuttgart mit meiner deutschen schwäbischen Frau)

Presque parfait sejour dans un magnifique cadre

A part la meteo pluvieuse (tant mieux pour la.vegetation) qui nous a prives du plaisir de profiter des terrasses (une devant format table.pour manger une derriere format salon on peut choisir son exposition) notre sejour (1 semaine) s est parfaitement déroulé. Maison a moins de 3 minutes a pieds de la porte narbonaise. Idealement située pour profiter de la cite. On peut garer une grande voiture dans le.n jardinet de devant ce qui est tres pratique et precieux dans le coin. Maison en excellent etat renovee recemment avec une deco.moderne gardant le charme.de la maison (annees 50 60 ?). Grandes teles dans toutes les chambres et la salle a manger pour eviter les conflits. Cuisine bien equipee en electromenagee avec un frigo americain micro onde vrai four et induction. Bouilloire machines a cafe.Cuisine ouverte conviviale et donnant sur la terrasse arriere et son figuier. Salles d eau tres bien aussi (avec seches cheveux serviettes etc...). Bonne literie king size. Pour les chambres de devant choisir entre la salle de bain integree ou le petit balcon prive ! Maison.calme bien que proche rue et parking. Il faisait frais on n a pas non plus dormi la fenetre ouverte ! Pour des vacances fin octobre il faisait doux et on n a pas vraiment eu besoin de chauffage. Beaucoup de restaurants tres bien proches dans la cite ou en allant vers la bastide st louis. Excellent accueil avec cafe the tisanes (et une blanquette de limoux bien au frais), une maison impeccable et bien decoree, de bons

Sept 23 trip to Carcassonne

We really enjoyed our trip to Carcassonne. The property was well equipped and totally met our needs. It was extremely central and we enjoyed exploring the area on foot. Showers were fab. Security shutters and air conditioning were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime soon! Thank you Cathy
