About this property

This 2BR/2BA garden condo at Seascape Resort has been newly updated, making it the perfect spot for your family to enjoy all the amenities that the resort offers. You will be fifty steps to the beach, twenty steps to one of five resort pools, and also enjoy a screened in patio overlooking a private lake. (Fishermen have regularly pulled 8-10# bass from that lake.)

The condo features two renovated bedrooms (King master, twins in the second BR) both with attached full baths. A fully equipped full-size kitchen, dining and living room provide plenty of space for your family or group. All on a single level. Convenient, comfortable, and accessible. Park right outside the unit. No parking decks or elevators.

Furnished with new bedding, premium linens, and HDTV s, we prepared the unit for our family and guests, and want you to feel like you are home. Enjoy the convenience of (almost) beachfront living, at an off-beach price.

Seascape's 2000 dedicated beach was selected by Conde Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.

Condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo. Note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the unit is ONLY available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts. Monthly rentals available beginning September 1 through April.

Awesome Location!

Condo was clean and conveniently located. The pool is steps away and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The beach was crowded, but if you get there early enough, you can secure a spot. If you want to setup a tent, you either have to do that behind the umbrellas for rent OR there’s a designated tent setup area. A few things to consider when booking; be prepared to bring most essentials (laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, shampoo/condition, etc.). Also, while we loved being on the ground level, you do hear your neighbors upstairs. Nothing a sound machine can’t tune out. Just the nature of renting a condo, in general, but don’t let that discourage you from booking, this property is awesome. Steve was a great, communicative host. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful Condo and Stay

We had a fabulous stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Stephen was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. It was a short walk to the beach and the condo was very functional and close to everything we could need. We hope to be back!

The condo was very clean and close to beach. The contract Steve was great even checking the day of our check in to make sure everything was as it should be.
