It is a charming villa of two levels, fully restored, tastefully decorated, cozy atmosphere. This listing is for the 2 bedroom ground floor apartment of 80m2. The terrace is protected by large white curtains that allow you to see without being seen, to protect your privacy. Garden, swimming pool, laundry, drying room and poolhouse; are common areas to both apartments.

This small villa has everything of a great, his equipment has been neat. An inverter ensures continuity of power distribution in the event of a general power failure. With time these are rare, but it is nice to never end up without electricity. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Decoration and colors are harmonious, the kitchens are perfectly equipped, a corner rest on the terraces allows you to stroll or give up reading.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and with queen size bed 160 * 190, cupboards and wardrobe and a safe.
A pool house is equipped with a barbecue and a water point, the parking allows to park two cars of average size and two quads.

For your information:

Included in the Price: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry exit. If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village.
The price per kilo watt is 15 pesos or 0.30 USD

It is my responsibility to inform you that around the villa a residence is under construction. The earthwork, which is the noisier phase of the construction, is finished. Depending on the day there is more or less noise and this is beyond our control.

Nette Unterkunft mit Mängeln und übertriebener Bescvmhreibunf
Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist ziemlich übertrieben. Es ist recht einfach gebaut und ausgestattet und hat etliche Mängel (die obere Wohnung ist noch schlechter). Einige ließen sich nur mit großem Aufwand beheben andere werden auch nach Mängelanzeige nicht oder nur halbherzig beseitigt. Von der in der Beschreibung erwähnten "kompletten Renovierung" ist außer neuen Anstrichen nichts zu sehen. Vermutlich wird auch nicht mehr viel gemacht, da das Anwesen zum Verkauf steht. Die Lage ist gut, allerdings nervt oft Straßenlärm von schnell vorbei fahrenden Motorrädern (ausgerechnet diese Straße hat keine Schwellen!) und Baufahrzeugen (weiter hinten in der Straße ist eine große Baustelle). Die untere Wohnung, die weitgehend sauber und einmal wöchentlich kam die Putzfrau. Die Betten waren gut aber die Kissen waren uralt. Der Garten wurde vom einem Gärtner in Ordnung gehalten, der Pool müsste aber öfters gereinigt werden insbesondere wenn es windig ist. Das Haus hat keine Glasscheiben in den Fenstern sondern Holzlamellen zum Abdunkeln und Insektengitter. Die Temperatur im Haus entspricht daher der Aussentemperatur. Im Februar 2024 war es zum schlafen nicht zu warm insbesondere mit dem Deckenventilator. Die Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern sind aber ein Witz bei den offenen Fenstern. Man kann in dem Haus eine schöne Zeit verbringen wenn man über einige Mängel hinweg sieht und darauf besteht, dass andere beseitigt und werden, aber der Preis ist dem gebotenen nicht angemessen!

This villa was excellent!!! Pictures are exactly what you get. Get condition plus the pool is spectacular. I can’t wait to go back for a longer stay. Highly recommend this villa.

Magnifique voyage
La propriété située à la portée de tout , épiceries, plages, resto enfin tout et malgré cette proximité, l'endroit très calme le soir et la nuit. Quelques améliorations ont du être apportées mais ce fut fait de façon rapide par les responsables. Piscine et jardin très bien entretenues, ainsi que le ménage du condo fait régulièrement et bien fait.
