The home is located in close proximity to a number of local attractions such as the Redondo Beach Pier (7 miles), Point Vicente Lighthouse and Terranea Resort (10 miles), the Queen Mary (12 miles), San Pedro Whale watching (6 miles) and of course all the attractions that Los Angeles offers are about 30 miles away..

This property is a 30 day plus rental.

The top floor offers a magnificent master suite with great views, a walk in closet, jetted tub and private toilette / shower room. There is a second bedroom on the top floor with a detached bath. The top floor also offers a guest bathroom and two large living areas as well as the kitchen with a formal dining room. Also the back balcony is great place to enjoy the expansive views from this home. The daylight lower level includes 2nd master suite with a private bath, that also offers views of the city. a second large bedroom, another guest bath, plus a game room with a pool table and a flat screen TV. The property has on-site laundry and two garage spaces are available to guests.

It is a ni ery spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood. WiFi and cable TV are both excellent. Our stay was in winter - the heating system worked well. We did not use the A/C. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our family loved the pool table. Initially, the bath linens were subpar but the management company responded quickly to fix the problem. Overall this house more than met our needs. It is a lovely house in a beautiful community and was/is an excellent home away from home. We highly recommend it.
