Two bedroom two bath townhouse nestled in an established verdant residential neighborhood. Year-round heated pool, hot water spa, tennis court and pickleball courts are a short walk from your front door. Shopping, restaurants, rillito walk/bicycle path and superb hiking are all a short drive away.

All that downtown Tucson and University of Arizona have to offer are a 25-30 minute drive away.

The home is furnished with new appliances, smart TV (broadcast TV and roku, with access to streaming services), hi-speed wifi. The kitchen is well-appointed with Sodastream, Keurig coffeemaker, Breville toaster oven, Breville hot water maker, blender, Brita water filter, and newer microwave/electric convection oven. Newer washer and dryer also on site.

Neighborhood walking paths take you through exquisite southwest landscape and desert shrubs, trees, and cacti.

Super Comfy and Great Area

This townhouse was very comfy, with great beds and other furniture, a nice back patio, and was easily accessible to the community pool and pickleball courts. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with, and super responsive when a terrible storm came through and broke one of the skylights.

We are avid travelers as well, and use VRBO as our main mode of vacation rental on our travels. Our aim is to make this a comfortable and easy home for you during your visit to Tucson. The location of this townhouse fits our needs perfectly. Quiet, with ready access to neighborhood and local hiking trails, near shopping, and easy access to downtown and Tucson surroundings. We enjoy friendly neighbors, abundant wildlife, backyard privacy due to raised walls. The masonry home constructions provides effective thermal and acoustic insulation.

What makes this property unique

The location of this town house in the Tucson foothills provides quiet and peaceful retreat close to hiking and the city, nestled amidst well-established desert trees, shrubs and cacti . Well-maintained common areas including tennis and pickleball courts, pool and spa add to the attraction. One-story construction means there is no one living above or below you. Masonry construction ensures that you don't hear your neighbors. Pool and pickleball/tennis are close but not close enough to hear these being used.
