This quiet, spacious, and newly renovated 1 BR /1 BA beachfront condo boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen perfect for creating your own delicious island meals with all the comforts of home. The large air-conditioned bedroom has a plush king-size bed with incredible ocean views. As you retire for the night, the gentle waves will simply lull you to sleep. The beautifully appointed bathroom has a large walk-in shower and gorgeous quartz countertops.

The living area is open, airy, and perfect for making memories! The upscale furnishings include a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests. For your convenience, cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee at the bar or on your own private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Watch the ships go by or catch the dolphins playing!

Enjoy 2 miles of pristine beaches just outside your door. Take a dip into the turquoise water. Or, snorkel and look for the amazing sea life that surrounds you!

Take advantage of the beautiful pool, relax on the hammock, or enjoy a great barbeque on the grill. Don’t worry… you will still have gorgeous ocean views even from these locations!

Stroll into town and enjoy incredible restaurants, bars, and some shopping! There are so many activities available to you ranging from water excursions, outdoor land activities, and cultural/historical festivals and attractions. Perhaps an evening at the St. Croix's casino is in the cards.

Lovely stay, as always

We return to this property yearly because it is so perfect in so many ways. Perfect location to do snorkeling right out front, walk to Sandy Point, go into Frederiksted to dive the pier (day or night!). It is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Access to washer/dryer means that we can pack very light. Highly recommend it!

Laid Back

Come relax in this laid back condo. No shirt , no shoes, no problem. Have a taste of local rum, kindly provided by the owner. A large bottle of water, also provided , goes down well too after arriving. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is relatively new. But, the best thing of all, is the huge veranda with its sunset views and, you’re only feet away from the ocean. Stroll the beach or snorkel . If you’re a swimmer, you’ll find a rock free ocean entrance just down the road at Dortsch Beach. But, this is St. Croix, so explore the island, Cane Bay, Cramer Park, Udall Point and spectacular ocean drives. Great beaches are everywhere. Great food too. In Fredericksted have breakfast at Esterlyn’s at the Fredericksted hotel on the Strand…or Polly’s down the street. Have lunch or supper at Lois and Nachos as you turn onto Strand St. and don’t miss the fantastic pizza at Off the Wall in Cane Bay. For a romantic sunset dinner, try Sand Castles right down the road from the condo. But you really need to visit Nate’s Grill on the boardwalk in Christiansted if you want a delicious dinner at a reasonable price. Everything is fresh…fish to veggies. My husband and I love St Croix. Come, stay for a while. Relax. And bring your camera. Sunsets are awesome and you can get photos right from your own deck here.

Snorkelers dream spot!

This spacious condo is in the perfect location if you want quick access to amazing snorkeling, and amazing ocean views. It is a couple of miles outside of Fredriksted, where there are restaurants and dive shops. The unit furnishings could use some updating and a new bathroom door, but the complex is well kept with a great pool. Highly recommend!

Great Property!

Loved the property and the snorkeling right out in front! Pool area and gazebo/grill area were very clean with great location. Short walk to town with plenty of great shops, restaurants/bars. Very friendly locals and Bob, the property maintenance guy, was very helpful and great to chat with. Only negative was that all the beach chairs and the beach umbrella were broken but that did absolutely nothing to affect our trip. Will definitely be back to this property next time we return to St Croix!
