Perched above the private beach and looking down the coast to the Arc and the Playa de Los Muertos, this 3-level, 3-bedroom villa boasts spectacular views from every room. Enter from the top floor into the living area with a professional kitchen and patio with BBQ amenities. Down the stairs on the lower two levels, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms and a private soaking pool.

Each Villa includes a staff welcome with a margarita and guacamole presentation. Full Breakfast is included Daily, prepared and served in your Villa, with the exception of Sunday. Continental Breakfast is provided on Sundays. Daily house cleaning services included. Optional private chef’s dinners each evening are available upon request.

Incredible stay! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and we weren't too sure about which areas to stay in but knew we wanted to be close to the beach. We chose this place on VRBO because we saw that it was fully staffed and they offered services that seemed to make our stay very convenient. We soon found out that the location was PERFECT because it was steps to a sandy beach that was great for the kids to play in (they had paddle boards, kayaks, etc) and walking distance to most restaurants we had reservations at. The second we arrived we were greeted by John, the manager, and the house boys-Lalo and Tony. We instantly felt welcomed and at home as they took our luggage to our room and had fresh guac, margaritas and fruit smoothies waiting for us! They were very willing to help us plan our meals and had wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities! They even helped my fiancé plan his proposal by setting up rose petals and candles on the private beach! The chef, Nestor, prepared us breakfast every morning and an amazing dinner one of the evenings (his ceviche and ribs were some of my favorites). Also, the cleaning crew kept the place fresh and tidy and catered to all our needs. They even did our laundry as needed! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable trip!

Perfect Spot

This location is in the perfect spot with amazing views. The staff was incredible, very attentive, and accessible to help with anything needed. I’ve stayed at many luxury resorts, and I have never experienced this level of service. Our houseman, Lalo, was amazing.

Beautiful house, great location

Very good house - one of the few homes that are right on the beach. House staff is excellent - friendly and very responsive (Lalo, Tony, Meno!). Registration process is easy and all logistics looked after perfectly (Loreno, Arturo!). Two points of caution. 1) It's a hike up some stairs and walkway to get to the house from the beach. 2) You can get some loud music noise from the nearby beachbars (Mantamar in particular). Not a big deal for us but a consideration. Highly recommended.

We had to stay at a different Villa due to no fault of the host so we ended up staying at a different Villa called Villa Tita which was an amazing property with outstanding host. Highly recommended.
