Located on the 1st floor of a small typical building with beams and stones (secure entrance with intercom) in a pedestrian street leading to the port, studio can accommodate 2 people of 23m² fully equipped including a kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hobs, coffee maker, toaster, snack area and stools for enjoying meals.

Relaxation area with chest of drawers and 90 cm flat screen, bed with new 140x190 shape memory mattress, cupboard.

super emplacement au coeur de la ville

Un studio au 1er étage d'un imeuble sympathique et typique. On est surpris en arrivant que le port soit ci près c'est super. la porte de l'entrée donne limite sur le quai et l'ambiance est aussitôt là. Studio rénové et optimisé avec goût, très bien équipé.Lit confortable. Pensez à emmener vos draps de la bonne taille, nous avions pris 140 et le lit est un 160 ! Excellent accueil et contact avec la propriétaire. Nous nous sommes garés sur un parking gratuit à 20m. On vous conseille !
