About this property

With seven beds spread out amongst a two-story main home, garden apartment, and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. In the garden apartment located on the street level, and additional bedroom with full kitchen and living area. The apartment can be accessed separately from the street, and connects on the inside to the main house.

The fourth bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.

Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Bachlorette Party Stay

The house was perfect for our group, plenty of space, very clean. The only two things I would note is that the parking in the garage is VERY tight and the main kitchen could use more cookware. Otherwise, our stay was great and I would definitely stay again if planning to visit Savannah!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to vacation in Savannah! This property was perfect for 6 of us. My son and daughter stayed in the garden apartment, our future son in law stayed in the carriage house, and my husband, daughter and I were in the main house. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy while providing us the ability to easily come together. The garage fits 2 cars, but it’s a tight fit. One mid size SUV and a larger SUV were super tight. The pictures advertising the house are accurate. The Savannah sites are walkable from this location. I regret pre-purchasing trolley tickets as we were not able to use them as intended due to the trolleys always being full (May). The walks are beautiful. I would recommend this rental to others and stay again. It’s a safe and pretty street.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrated my 50th with friends. This property is gorgeous with plenty of space to exhale. The main house kitchen & living room is very spacious (bigger than the pictures show) and each room is spacious and very well appointed. I would stay here again anytime. The lower apartment is quite spacious as well with a full kitchen/table/living area. The carriage house apartment is tighter but lovely and a perfect complement to the rest of the property. HIGHLY recommend - and my friends felt the same!
