The beach is pebble and is across the street, both free and paid; The beach where dogs are allowed is within easy reach; The nearest 2 restaurants are just a few meters away; Shops can be reached even on foot: for a bit more bulky shopping and heavy it is better to have the car.
The car can be parked in front of or behind the condo: there is also an indoor parking space but it is really small: it is calibrated on the size of cars 20 years ago.
Bus stops, both for Senigallia and for Fano (passing by Marotta station) are within easy reach.
The bike path passes in front of the house and runs along the seafront: on request there are 2 bikes, a bit 'old.
