The apartment has a fully equipped designer kitchen with beautiful touches throughout the apartment, & the Apartment is upstairs in the trees.

The Santa Cruz boardwalk and beaches are a forty minute drive. You can also take the train to Levi Stadium and AT&T park.

Lovely apartment

My partner and I stayed here while renovating our home and it was perfect. The host was fabulous and the neighborhood was very nice. When family come to visit we will definitely be booking the penthouse!

Clean and Convenient

Clean and well appointed, very convenient to entertainment venues and groceries. Highly recommend confirming with Owner ahead of time as we did not receive any check in information so we didn't have a key pad code and weren't quite sure if the Owner was aware that we were arriving. There is permit parking only on the street so you will need that too.

Simply perfect

This property has everything you could hope for and more. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and the location can’t be beat! Kathlee is a wonderful host and quick to respond. We hope to visit again soon!
