This home is located in an upscale residential neighborhood of Sandy Springs, Georgia. It is conveniently located (10 minute walk or 2 minute drive) near all of the amenities that Sandy Springs has to offer including the brand new City Springs complex where you can take in an outdoor concert or go to the symphony. If food and drink are more your style, then Sandy Springs has plenty of options and you can visit one of the exceptional restaurants in the surrounding area.

If sports are your thing you can visit the new MLB Suntrust Park to take in a Braves game or come see the magical Mercedes Benz stadium and catch a NFL/Falcon’s game. If college football is your passion then the hall of fame, where all of the NFL greats got their start, is close by in Atlanta.
If heading downtown to enjoy the amenities is more your speed hop on GA 400 and you can visit the CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, or the Georgia Aquarium.
For you shopaholics you will be happy to know that some of the most premier shopping the Southeast has to offer is available in nearby Buckhead.
We welcome pets so bring your “kids” along with you. FYI- We do have an additional pet deposit as well as additional cleaning fees.
The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath with full kitchen and laundry as well as a 2 car garage. The unit is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and includes coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. Additionally, there are extra bed linens and towels. For you travelers that are coming into Atlanta on business or pleasure you can enjoy steamer units to unwrinkle your clothes after unpacking.

Fantastic find in Atlanta!

This home was stunning. Completely updated and modern, clean, well decorated. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
