Ideally located 800m from the sea and 9km from Bastia, the studio is in the heart of the pedestrian village of Mausoléo.
You have the possibility of going down on foot by a small path to the village of Erbalunga where you will find all the small shops useful for your stay.

The village is entirely pedestrian cars are parked outside the village!

The studio is air conditioned and comfortable a little haven of peace to spend a vacation in the heart of a typical and authentic village.

The studio is arranged as a mini loft on 3 levels:
level 0: the kitchen and the dining room
level 1: the mezzanine with the sleeping area of 8m2
level -1: the living room

It gives directly on the stone terrace of 45m2 on the ground floor with barbecue and a comfortable cabin for children. The terrace is shaded and you have a nice summer kitchen to enjoy your outdoors.

IDEAL FOR CHILDREN they can play safely in the village and they love the studio with the cabin!

Parfait

Tout confort avec une propriétaire au petit soin pour ses locataires. Avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Le seul bémol, une plage de galets et non de sable. Sinon je recommende sans hésiter.

Accueil parfait de Delphine qui est une personne avec laquelle la communication est facile et agréable et tout cela dans un cadre idyllique. Parfait.

Séjour agréable, joli petit jardin

Delphine nous a accueilli gentiment et a répondu très vite à nos questions. Nous avons surtout apprécié le petit jardin. L’appartement est situé en haut du village et il faut monter plusieurs escaliers pour y arriver. C’était un peu dur avec nos bagages et avec la chaleur. Cela n’empêche pas que le séjour a été agréable !

petit studio avec une petite cour verdoyante tres calme et propre

delphine a été tres sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseils, le petit chemin descendant à erbalunga a été fort apprécié on garde un très bon souvenir
