This property has a Casita (small house), located at the back of the property. Guests WILL NOT be staying in the Casita during your stay. The Casita has sleeping for 4-5 in a two-bedroom space with one bathroom. If you are interested in giving your group more space to spread out, please inquire about pricing. However, 10 guests are the MAXIMUM allowed at this property. We can send a quote to rent both spaces for your group of 10.
INSIDE CAMINO ESTATES:
There is an ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer, however it ONLY puts out a standard amount of ice within 24hrs. We HIGHLY recommend bringing your own ice with you if you shop beforehand. Having a couple bags of ice on-hand always makes a happier gathering with friends and family!
We do provide A STARTER SUPPLY of bottled water, coffee, filters, creamer, tea and sweeteners. We offer a small supply of snack available at check-in, and a STARTER SUPPLY of paper products and trash bags are offered to all guests. Please assess supplies upon arrival. If you feel you'll need additional supplies, InstaCart, Shipt, and Walmart will delivery to this area. We recommend bringing additional trash bags and paper products with you just in case. All shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, and dish soap provided for guests staying 2-7 days. For longer stays, please speak with management in advance to make arrangements for restocking of these items.
Wood floors throughout, exposed beam ceilings, luxurious bathrooms and spacious bedrooms, with breathtaking views from every window, a private tennis court with a basketball hoop, heated swimming pool, built-in BBQ, outdoor island for dining, plenty of seating & outdoor lighting.
We've just added a brand new firepit with comfortable seating and outdoor lights on the lower-level patio, located just outside the sliding glass door of the downstairs den. A small cafe' table and two chairs are also situated under the pergola on the patio for morning coffee or views of the sunset.
All of our new outdoor spaces offer an opportunity for an unforgettable experience here at Camino Estates. We are within a 3-10 min drive to several top wineries. Check out the newest addition to the winery family: Bottaia Winery. Cafe', tours and pool require advanced reservations. We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation in advance for any groups over 4-5. As local wineries are trying to stay open during the pandemic, they are working to space guests apart and larger groups require a designated spot to accommodate everyone.
Please note, the main access road (Mesa Road) to Camino Estates is paved, however the house is on an unpaved private residential road. If you are planning a tour, limo/car service you will need to meet them at the access road, 1/4 mile walk from the property line.
Our professional VR Rental cleaning staff is CDC & Short-term Rental certified for Covid-19 preventive cleaning. A mask, gloves and shoe coverings are worn during every cleaning, and every precaution is taken to ensure a clean and safe rental for each. We diligently follow best practices for the following:
1.Spacing bookings whenever possible between check-out & check-in
2.Thoroughly clean & sanitize ALL surfaces
3.Laundering in hot water w/antibacterial products
4.Offering antibacterial hand soap, dish soap, multi-purpose anti-bacterial cleaning solution and paper products, as well as a Swiffer, broom & dustpan for guests who prefer to tidy up during their stay.
5.Respectfully request that ALL guests and their company remove shoes before entering the house, storing them at the door or inside the entryway. This is for guest safety during their stay while going out to visit wineries, events, restaurants, etc.
6. Notifying all guests that we are on septic system. The system installation is fully inspected and permitted by Riverside County. Occasionally, an odor will be detected due to the septic system and a method of relieving this will be shared at check-in.
Area/Property Location: Welcome to the country! While this is an upscale property with ample amenities, we are located in farmland. The benefits are the views, wide open spaces, with close proximity to dozens of beautiful wineries.
Some of the drawbacks come with the territory...dirt roads, horses, working farms with dogs, roosters, chickens & goats. All of this is part of the charm, and we encourage you to take it all in as part of the overall experience.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is on a septic system. Guests may occasionally detect an odor outdoors with vent emissions of the septic system. Enzymes are uses regularly to maintain the septic system, including in the property sinks and toilets. Please notify management of any issues onsite.
Pets: We are now pet-friendly! This is new for us, so we are proceeding with caution. We will require an additional pet fee for all animals not certified ADA. If you plan to bring a pet, our limit is one for the Casita (excluding ADA's) and we cannot have more than two onsite at a time (including ADA's).

We MAY rent out the Main House and the Casita at the same time to two (2) different parties. Once the Main House is booked, if you'd like to add the Casita, please inquire. This is a private rental and, at no time, will the property or any amenities be shared with the owner or management. Casita guests will not be given pool access unless they are part of the Main House guest party.
