Enjoy a luxury condo located in Sugar Mountain's newest area, The Reserve. This two bed room plus loft is exquisitely decorated with new furnishings throughout. A King bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room are downstairs. There is a daybed in the walled loft upstairs and 3 full baths. Enjoy spectacular, breathtaking views of Grandfather Mountain, Flat Top Mountain at 5200 feet in elevation. The Reserve offers walking ski access to slopes high on sugar (400+ yards). No Smoking. *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. Absolutely NO Pets. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great family weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and in a good location! The space was perfect for our family and the view was breathtaking…especially during the snow day!

NIce clean property with a good location and great views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great. Everything worked out. I might suggest someone check the stove and fireplace. It appears one stove eye is not working. I got the fire logs going but had to do it manually. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Great place to stay.

This place was perfect for our group of 6. Lots of room, very comfortable, and the views are amazing. Just to note for anyone skiing at Sugar, you'll still need to drive either to the parking lots at the base or have someone drop you off at the top of the subdivision. We would definitely stay here again.
