Get closer to nature at the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge, located just 25 minutes from the townhouse. Hike the 1,000 acres that have remained unchanged since before statehood and come in close contact to whitetail deer, beaver and egrets, as well as beautiful views of lakes, bottomland forest and marshlands.

Lake Hefner is a popular spot for locals and is located just around the corner from the property. Enjoy boating, swimming, sunbathing and more from this beautiful body of water.

This home is located in a neighborhood full of families. For that reason when you book with us you need to assure that amount of people added to reservation is the amount of people you have at the home after 9 pm. Also, you can’t have more than 3 vehicles and they need to be parked in front of the property (not on grass please) Please don’t park in front of other homes as your car will be impounded. Also, please assure you don’t lock and unlock cars all night long especially if they do a peeping noise as this noise disturbs the neighbours.
