Great Stay in a Great House

The stay was Great! The home was clean, in a gated community and close to everything we needed. Communication with the homeowner was amazing and made everything stress free. I highly recommend staying in the home!

Very unhappy!!!

I have never wrote a bad review until now.We rented this home for 9 months , upon arrival we met Cristina, she previously approved our service dog. She immediately took pictures of our dog and sent them to her husband whom later showed up to meet the dog. Totally unprofessional and against federal ADA laws. We immediately became uncomfortable. There was damage to the door casing from a prior dog, which we pointed out to Hector and he stated he was aware. There was You tube tv, which they stated cable in there listing. They did have cable installed, which we were thankful for. Hector would show up weekly to clean the pool in the beginning and felt it was okay to enter the garage without prior consent. I let him know I wasn’t comfortable with him entering the home. He then hired a pool company which never showed so I personally cleaned the pool for the remaining 8 months and paid for the liquid chlorine out of pocket. He only reimburse for the tablets. We are very private people and own a home and like our privacy and they continued to come by the house. They refused a mail box key said they have personal mail come there but would set ours on the porch. We had to stop at the guard gate just to get in after 7pm, they never gave us a sticker for our vehicle. The line to get in is extremely long. The ac went out 3 times, we paid out of pocket but they did reimburse us. They had to have 2 new units installed after the 4th time. The ac installer said Cristina wanted to know how we kept the house, again unprofessional He stated he told her it was kept very nice and smelled good. The lawn maintenance company got stuck and my husband had to pull them out which evidently broke a sprinkler head. I accidentally broke a dated flower arrangement, so they kept our deposit which was fine I understood they need to replace it. The house furniture is extremely dated. The king bedroom didn’t even have a comforter on the bed had a king throw. The mattress doesn’t fit the king frame. The pillows were horrible in all rooms. One set of sheets for each room. Minimal towels. No rugs in the bathroom except one in the master. You may want to bring things for the kitchen if you want to cook. Very generic stuff in the kitchen. One of the most important things is the house has a pool no child protective gate. They are very nosey and always want to come by the house. I don’t think their Ready to rent their house to people.
