Very Spacious place
This place is big and have 2 beds. Lots of things come with it for cleaning and cooking. The Host is Amazing and very Helpful. The place is very Secure and in the Right of Downtown. It’s a very nice place and the building is quiet too. 5 stars

Not as Advertised
This VRBO unit was not as advertised. The owner made excuse after excuse and eventually said we were too picky. From the VRBO write-up we expected to enjoy our three months stay in Calgary, when we saw the reality of the unit we had rented, we felt like we had been the victims of a bait and switch. The owner agreed to refund 60 days of our 90 days stay, and then days later changed her mind. We could not stay in that place longer than 30 days; we are in our mid 60s and cannot afford the extra cost this has caused us. We are currently suing the owner, Lillian, in small claims court. We are not the only travelers that she has agreed to something with and then changed her mind. We wish we would have seen the other listing for the same unit before we booked this one, Property #4631163 is the other one. VRBO was initially helpful, but then they stopped being helpful. We found out the owner told them we were from a VRBO rival AIRBNB, which is not true. I would not recommend entering into any arrangement with this owner.

A SELF CATERING HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
The apartment is very spacious , practical, REAL, functional, with everything you need, for people who don't need a lot of hands holding, mature, responsible and respectful.

Why this property? It's in an AWESOME part of Calgary, close to everything and to Banff and Lake Louise.

Just a note:Please DO NOT. DO Not, remove anything that is not yours .I need those and so does the next guests.Thank-you.
