Tennis buffs will enjoy the view from this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome.

The large kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook with French doors opening to a partially covered patio. The adjoining formal dining area also includes French doors, as well as a built-in desk

Take a step down and the light-filled living room awaits you. Completing the first floor layout is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath that may be accessed from the hallway, as well.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and private bath. The large 3rd bedroom is also on the second floor and has 2 twin beds, 2 window seats, and a private bath.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $25 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Great Vacation Home

We loved staying here. It was a perfect place for our family of four with active, sporty kids. We spent lots of time on the tennis courts, in the pool, and biking to the beach. The house is pretty, cheerful, and functional. The property manager was very helpful with our questions. Thank you for having us!

Great family vacation spot

Pros: Evian 174 was a great setup for us. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 young kids). The rooms were larger and more spacious than the online pictures capture, and we were thrilled to have all the seating of two dining tables. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and tv/WiFi situation was easy and worked well. Good location for pool (1 minute walk from back of the condo through the path between the tennis courts) and beach access (5-10 minute bike ride). It was a bit of a stretch for our little kids but we even managed longer bike rides to downtown Coligny and on the beach (our favorite part!). Checkin/out process was simple and we had no issues with the condo while we were there. Cons: It could have been cleaner upon arrival- couches needed vacuumed (sandy), some trash under the beds upstairs, hard floors looked swept but not washed. The only other downside for us was that the condo did not provide any baby gear, so we had to bring our own pack n play and high chair on the road with us. Overall it was a great condo and experience with Sunset Rentals, and we would happily rent it again in the future!

Property manager was on top of things and stayed in contact during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Nice quiet location. Close to the beach

Hilton Head Get-Away

We had 4 adults and 2 grandchildren spend 3 nights at this location. Convenient to Coligny Plaza, Publix, Starbucks and fine restaurants nearby. Golf at Shipyard and beach access next to the Marriott.
