Villa with private pool, exceptional views of the sea and Pigeon Islands

The Blue Villa offers a view on the islets Pigeon and advanced Malendure. She has the distinction of being built on two independent levels that communicate with the outside.
It is ideal for family vacation (multi-generation) or for several couples wishing to preserve their intimate moments. You will enjoy an extraordinary sea view and breathtaking sunsets.
It is perched on the dull PIGEON, in a quiet area, in a property completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. A car is essential.
It has a large infinity pool (8m x 5m) which also offers a superb sea view. The pool is secluded and has no vis-à-vis.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people (5 air-conditioned rooms: 3 beds 160, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, all equipped with mosquito nets). A baby cot is also available if needed.
Shops are less than 1 km (bakery, grocery stores). A shopping center (2 supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a gas station ...) is 2 km. Malendure beach is 4 km away.

At the upper level (6 people):
The upper level has a large covered terrace of more than 60 m2 which offers a dream panorama for meals and relaxation (tables and chairs up to 14 seats, hammocks and sofas). The view of the sea and Pigeon Islands is exceptional.
This level consists of:
- A fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) with central island. The kitchen is open on 2 sides on the terrace.
- A seating area with a flat-screen TV
- One bedroom (11. 7 m2) with canopy bed 160 x 190 giving through a French window, on the terrace. Sea view, large closet and safe.
- A second bedroom (8. 7 m2) with bed 140 x 190 also overlooking the terrace. Sea view.
- A third bedroom (8. 7 m2) with 2 single beds (90 x 190). Garden view.
- A bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet.
- From a cellar.
- Many cupboards.

For the safety of the youngest, the upper level is completely enclosed (guardrails and gates closed) and access to the ground floor and therefore to the pool is secure.

Pool level (4 people):
The ground floor has 2 independent studios:
- A first studio (32 m2) consisting of a living room with a kitchen area with bar, a sofa bed, and a sleeping area with 160x190 canopy bed and a separate bathroom with toilet.
- A second studio (17 m2) composed of a bedroom with 160x190 canopy bed, a dressing room and a separate bathroom with toilet,
- Both apartments open by a French window onto a large covered terrace of 50 m2 which borders the pool and offers a magnificent view of the sea. It is embellished with a hammock and chairs that invite relaxation.
A comfortable outdoor lounge portends an unforgettable aperitif evenings at the water's edge.
The pool is secluded and has no vis-à-vis. An outdoor shower is also available.

The 2 studios downstairs can not accommodate young children with regard to the immediate proximity of the pool. Young children can only stay at the first level which is totally enclosed (6 beds in 3 rooms + a cot).
Access to the ground floor and therefore to the pool is totally secure compared to the rest of the villa.


All beds have mosquito nets and all rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
Sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, tablecloths and napkins are provided.

At disposal: barbecue, washing machine, coolers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
