The rooms at Villa del Palmar are full of bright colours and elaborate textures. It boasts flowing waterfalls, beautiful fountains and lush landscaping as well as a stunning beachfront location and is conveniently close to the historic downtown area.
The spacious one bedroom suite has a king size bed and ample space for relaxation. Also included in the suite is a lovely bathroom, separate living area with a full size sofa-sleeper or Murphy bed, a complete kitchen and dining area with room for four, as well as a balcony/terrace with furniture overlooking the rolling waves or the exotic gardens that blanket the resort grounds.
Please note other size units are available. (Studio which has a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with full kitchen.)

Our stay at Villa del Palmar was wonderful, once we were settled. The process we went through with VRBO and the owner of the property was complicated, and inconsistent. Examples are: 1. When we registered at the resort, we were given a room which was completely inappropriate and did not in any way resemble the room shown on VRBO site. 2. There was no WiFi, although the listing for the property said there would be access to WiFi. 3. At check-out, we were charged a service fee for every day of our stay, which we were not informed of in advance. 4. It was recommended to us to take a shuttle from the airport which cost way more than taking a cab would have.. Having outlined our concerns, we spoke to the owner of the property who was more than happy to talk with us, and compensate us for any additional or hidden charges. She was really wonderful, and in the end, we were totally happy with her and our stay at the resort. She advised us that the above mentioned issues will be resolved and explained more fully for the benefit of further renters. The resort itself was wonderful....clean, lovely, and with every possible need met by the exceptional staff. They were the highlight of our stay there. Thank you very much.
