Large screen Smart TV in living room above fireplace and another in master bedroom on third floor with massive bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and ready to please. Small outdoor fenced in back patio. 2 car garage inside closed gated complex.

Guests MUST acknowledge that there is only space for 2 cars in garage. There is no driveway or street parking and car will towed away. Also that the beautiful townhome is not suitable for events or even get togethers. Not only because of parking but noise to adjacent townhomes will result in problems possible loss of deposit.

Fantastic stay!

We were in town for our son's wedding. He lives just down Darling Street, so we chose this because of the location. It was a great spot and everything is as advertised. Highly recommend.

Good location - basic townhouse

Good central location. Somewhat dated layout and furniture. Master bedroom on the 3rd floor and after hauling our luggage up to the 3rd floor, the only closet was locked out. That was really inconveinent. Kitchen basics, but no keurig coffee machine. Wifi user and password were wrong, the host, Hunter was available and tracked down correct information from owners.

Location and Property Manager are great

Property Manager very helpful. Nice place to stay. Only thing weird was the heating system for the three floors. Really hard to balance the heat... but this was the weird cold winter in Houston, so heater should not be a problem when not that cold.

Beautiful 3 story home

I had longed to stay in the northern part of Houston for a while and I was very happy with my experience. Let me start off by saying that Hunter was a very responsive and accommodating host. He allowed me to check in early, as he knew I had booked another property because this property wasn't available two days prior to my arrival in Houston. The home was spotless and well cared for. Check-in was a breeze as he provides very detailed directions on what to do. There was plenty of toilet paper and personal care items such as body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. He provided a very detailed binder regarding the property. It answers every question and explains situations that you could encounter during your stay. The only challenging part of my 6-night stay was cooking for my family in the kitchen. The pots and pans were limited and of poor quality. You can't touch the handles of the pots and pans without an oven mitten on (which is explained in the binder). Heat would radiate from the bottom of the plates and bowls as soon as something hot was placed in them. The pantry was stocked with spices and basic items which was a plus for sure. There is a lovely park close by with beautiful walking and jogging paths. I would stay here again!
