Welcome to the newly remodeled house Baltic Sea. This house is located in the extremely desirable South Cape Coral area just minutes from the Yacht Club, Rose Garden, and downtown Cape Coral. It was completely remodeled in 2017 including brand new furniture in the entire house. The Baltic Sea features 3 bedrooms + 1 den with pull out and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 people. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and recliner sofas as well as a recliner chair. In the screened-in lanai you will find a heated pool, lounge chairs, dining seating for 6 people and a propane BBQ grill. From the lanai you will look over the extra-wide canal where you can see dolphins jumping from time to time. The boat dock offers great view where you can sit and enjoy the amazing Florida sunsets as well as a boat lift where you can dock your boat.

Most of the screens in the pool area are gone due to hurricane Ian. We are in line to have them replaced, but do not have a specific date yet. The boat lift is also temporarily unavailable due to the storm. The tiki hut that is pictured on the dock was also blown away.

Perfect Vacation Spot

I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried. We loved everything about this property. Very clean and just as advertised. The view of the canal was better than expected. The patio faces West so we were treated to amazing sunset views every night. All the beds were extremely comfortable. There happened to be a foosball table there which was an added bonus and fun for our family. Plenty of beach towels, and also there were some provided beach chairs we took to the beach. We would definitely rent this again if it’s available on our next vacation to Florida.
