A Murphy bed in the downstairs living room and 2 Innovation sofa beds in the upstairs living space, adjacent to the private rooftop deck, allows for a sleeping capacity of 8. | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Quick trup to LA
Spot was just what we we're hoping for, good location, generally clean, and decently priced. The furniture was well used and thought the curtain system with murphy bed is better deployed upstairs then located downstairs, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Urban Loft
This property has the potential to be amazing! The outdoor space is fabulous and there was plenty of space indoors for the three of us. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We parked next door which was fine; but beware that the upper lot is closed on Sunday, so don’t leave your car there and expect to drive it out on Sunday. Drawbacks to this property are maintenance issues. We spent too much time emailing property management about the broken dishwasher, the TV remote that needed new batteries, Wi-Fi upstairs was hit and miss; no dish towels or sponge in the kitchen. Because of the maintenance issues, I would not rent this property again.
