absolument pas satisfait de l'état de l'appartement de la prestation de l'ag ERA à bormes les mimosa

depuis plusieurs années nous louons des appart ,malheureusement l'appart proposé par ERA nous à déçu,la serrure principale était cassée est tenait avec de l'adhesif,le micro onde ne fonctionne pas, vaisselle ébréchée,dessus de lit taché,etc etc,la responsable de l'agence que nous avons rencontré à nié les faits,malgrés les photos à l'appui,son employée a bien voulue nous montrer les états de lieux précèdents .en mai la serrure était dèja cassée et le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas,fin 2017 idem. la responsable de l'agence à été de mauvaise foi absolument pas professionnelle et meme trés désagréable et.personne ne se déplace pour les états des lieux nous ne recommanderons jamais cette agence pour son manque de sérieux.dommage car la vue de cet appart est superbe.nous tenons les photos a votre disposition ,cette agence n'est pas digne d'étre chez abrilel de figurer dans vos fichiers.cordialement.
