*We are DOG friendly with a fenced in yard where we provide bags for you to dispose of your dog’s waste. We have bags in a kitchen cupboard for convenient cleanup. Most guests do a wonderful job taking care of this, **However, as one person can ruin the guest experience for everyone **there will be a $40 fine ** for failing to pick up your pet’s waste. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please give us a heads up if you are bringing your dog so we can prepare accordingly.

We would also ask that you keep your dogs off of the beds to avoid soiled bedding. Charges for replacement duvets can be expected if this isn’t followed. We love offering our home to families with pets, we just have to set some boundaries to make it work. We appreciate your understanding.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the property.
If you choose to smoke outside you must dispose of the butts in the provided containers and dispose of them. **There will be an additional $50 charge **for leaving any butts left behind.

*please note as of Jan. 1, 2022 the city of Rogers has added an additional 3% lodging tax. You will be receiving a separate invoice for this after you’ve booked the property.

Awesome property

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting with family. The property looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and roomy. I had a couple of questions throughout the stay and Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The house is stocked with anything you would need during your stay. The fenced backyard is nice for your pups. I will say that the house is on a very busy road, and though the house sits back off of the road there is a lot of noise from traffic is loud at times and always noticeable. There is also a lot of checkout rules. I stay in vacation rentals anytime we travel and there seemed to be a few more than I am used to. Overall, great property, great host, great stay. Would definitely recommend.

We love this home!

We have stayed here multiple times and love everything about it. We have primarily used for family overflow at Christmas, but it would be great for a large family or group. The backyard is spacious, fenced and perfect for evenings with the fire pit and grill. The home is spotless, and communication with the owner is quick and easy. Inside is updated and has everything you need. We highly recommend.

About the host

This home has been in our family from the day it was built. It was owned by our grandma’s sister & her husband, and later our grandparents purchased it. This house held lots & lots of family members & holds many sweet memories. After our grandfather passed away, our grandma eventually decided to sell. My husband, brother, his wife, & I decided to keep the house in the family to visit together every year with our boys. We decided to rent it out for the rest of the year. We are excited to share our space & to use it ourselves!

Why they chose this property

We feel our location is key. We are just minutes from both lakes (Beaver & Atalanta) & Prairie Creek Marina without having to go super far out on the windy roads. We are minutes from downtown & larger Roger’s shops & restaurants. There are 4+ breweries in Rogers to try out. There are a ton of hiking & hiking trails very close by.

What makes this property unique

The house is completely brand new on the inside. We can sleep 14, have a huge driveway for boat parking, we have a newly built deck, grill, privacy fence, & fire pit area in back to enjoy the evenings outside. We accept dogs with a deposit *(see description above for more details). Come check us out!
