Luxury Villa in the heart of Palm Desert at Shadow Mountain Resort. This property boasts Pool, Mountain and golf course views. Watch dawn break, through the large patio master windows, while lying in your California King as sunlight slowly fills the room.

Sunsets from the your front door porch and pool views from the master deck. Beautiful Mountain View’s and bonus views of the newly revamped shadow mountain golf course, with colorful fountains, and lighted events. Putting green at the Tiki bar, yes I said Tiki bar, event pavilion and even Taco Tuesdays, open to all. Pools and spa tubs throughout the property, sports, restaurants, and more.

This loft style property has large, vaulted ceilings, celestial windows, is a 2 bed/2 bath, with large kitchen, dining and entertainment rooms. Updated since 2019 with custom paint, new furniture and appliances, upgraded walk-in showers, patios off every room.

Weber BBQ, fireplace, large decks with sliding patio doors, 84” Samsung in main room and 55” LG in guest bedroom, Celestial windows, kitchen bar, King in master, 2 Queen beds in second master, both rooms with en-suite and private patios.

Easy access to everything the desert has to offer and only a couple blocks to the exciting shops , restaurants and clubs on El Paseo. Hiking trails and the Living Desert are all within a short 5-10 minute drive.

Peaceful Oasis

This property was perfect after coming to Palm Desert from a cold midwestern winter. The unit had all the amenities we required. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the multiple pools, tennis courts and short walk into town. What a lovely getaway for our sun starved family. I would highly recommend this property.

Hummingbird paradise

The condo was perfect! with the added entertainment of hummingbird acrobatics. The only thing I would change is the artwork in the master bedroom. The large picture was scary

Enjoyed our time

My husband and I came for a two week stay here in Palm Desert. We stayed at this lovely place that had our needs taken care of. The grounds were beautiful and the pools are heated and very clean. The neighbors and folks that we met at the pools all were very kind and willing to help us find fun things to do and restaurants to visit. Shopping is with in walking distance and a golf course in your back yard. We wanted to be someplace that we could enjoy the mountains and we were not disappointed. We fell in love with the villa and palm desert.

Lovely condo in a great resort community

We had a lovely stay at Wendy’s condo. The space is bright and airy, and was well equipped for our stay. The resort itself is wonderful; great tennis courts and the club house helped find us tennis partners each day. The main big pool is lovely and fantastic if you are traveling with children. Wendy was always prompt to reply to our emails and answer our questions. The only thing we found missing was having a BBQ at the condo for cooking - though there is a communal BBQ at the pool you can use.

Pleasant Stay at Shadow Mountain

We had a lovely time at Wendy's condo. Inspite of some hiccups on scheduling, Wendy followed through on everything as she had indicated. Her assistant, "Little Debbie, " was also very helpful. The condo was neat, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We met several friendly neighbors as well. The resort is nice and quiet. It was an easy walk to play golf at the nearby course. All in all and great stay. The only downside was the second floor location -- but good exercise using steps!

Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba and eventually made my way to Vancouver, British Columbia. After 10 years in Vancouver I move to Seattle and eventually to lovely Palm Desert.

A vintage resort loaded with charm and history. Great for the outdoor enthusiast, art lover, hiker, tournament lover. Great place to meet people and have fun! Largest pool in all of Palm Desert. A wonderful resort in the best location one could want for vacation.

What makes this property unique

View of the pool, vaulted ceilings with giant fans, tastefully upgraded, master beds each with bath, granite counters, walk in bath, large deck and multiple patios, pick your own fruit off the trees.
