Great family vacation

The unit was clean and spacious. It was the perfect location to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and other shops/restaurants. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. Perfect for a family vacation with young children.

Pass

Relatively clean, but in severe need of patchwork and paint on walls, ceiling, and trim. Much furniture is in poor condition due to water damage. Most furniture is the cheapest you can buy at Wal-Mart. No cable or satellite on bedroom TV. Main balcony sliding door requires a body builder to open. By far lowest quality unit I have rented in Forest Beach Villas.
