This freshly updated ocean-view condo is just steps from the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. The private, furnished balcony is ideal for watching the famous Florida sunrises or sunsets over the ocean with a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail!

Access to the shared, seasonally-heated, Olympic-size swimming pool, kiddie pool, large sundeck, and shuffleboard court is included with your stay! Not to mention, a bunk bed has been added for guests to enjoy.

The 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park, complete with a lifeguard for safe, family fun, is located right next door to this condo complex. This park offers restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic areas with charcoal grills, a playground, and a recreation area with basketball and racquetball courts. The surfing here is some of the best on the east coast and frequently ranked in the top 10 on the list of best surf towns. Our very own Flagler Avenue on the beach side boasts a number of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options with something to please everyone!

Due to Hurricane Ian's damage to the on-site beach stairs access, you will have to access the beach down the road through public access points.

Beach access is FANTASTIC!!!

The place was clean. The property manager was helpful. There were some beach items in the condo that were very helpful. We added to it when we left. The pans in the kitchen were fantastic! The beach access is open even though it says it isn't. It's so close! It is in a good part of town. The pool was nice and clean. We would stay there again!
