It is a detached house renovated and furnished in a functional and modern way. It includes on the ground floor: a bright living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and decoder where you can relax after long walks through the alleys of Modica; a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs; and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom (double on request) with 2 bedside tables, walk-in closet and a small desk, it also has a private bathroom in the rooms, with shower and a small balcony. On the second floor there is a double bedroom (twin on request) with 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and a small desk, it also has a private bathroom and a terrace from which you can admire the panorama of Modica as described Gesualdo Bufalino "a split pomegranate".
The house is also equipped with: ironing board, iron, pots, plates and glasses, various crockery, kitchen linen, bed linen, towels and hairdryer.
Pets not allowed.
On request it is possible to provide a cot for small children.
