Beautiful hotel with great amenities

Great location, staff was excellent, great food. Only cons I have about the resort was the pool closes at 7pm when most other resorts stay open from 10pm to 12am. Plumbing in our restroom was not very good, and the entrance door closest to parking lot closes at 10pm. So if you don’t valet your car and you self park you have to walk up the hill through main entrance very inconvenient for people who have rooms on that side on the building. Everything else was excellent.

I ENJOY UPSCALE RESORTS, GREAT SCENERY, GOOD RESTAURANTS, AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THOSE ARE SOME OF THE REASONS WHY I CHOSE THIS RESORT. I LIVE IN FLORIDA, BUT THE WEATHER IN CANCUN IS MUCH BETTER AND LESS HUMID.

THE LOCATION IS MAGNIFICENT, THE STAFF VERY ATTENTIVE, FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD !! SEVERAL RESTAURANTS RIGHT ON PROPERTY TO CHOOSE FROM, AS WELL AS POOLS!! BEAUTIFUL BEACHES AND WATER SPORTS. GREAT POOL BARS AND THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT; KIDS SEPARATE ACTIVITIES AREA WITH LOTS OF GAMES, ETC. WONDERFUL RESORT FOR ALL AGES AND THE RIGHT PRIVACY ACCORDINGLY. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, IN WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO OTHER LOCAL RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND A SHORT DRIVE TO SEVERAL ATTRACTIONS. A TRUE VACATION!!!!
