**Three night minimum on weekends unless otherwise approved by owners**

We do require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed prior to arrival.

If we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm. We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.

We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.

We provide guests with the privacy that they want but are only a message away if you need anything! Enjoy our home like its yours :)

The kitchen is on the top level of the home, open to living and dining area and gas fireplace. The lovely kitchen boasts quartz countertops and SS appliances, The living room, with gas fireplace and pine walls features a stone gas fireplace and rough cut beam fireplace mantle, providing cozy evenings spent at the lodge. Looking to catch a big game or stay connected? Our lodges feature high speed WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Pandora, Xfinity Cable on main level TV. bar area in lower level of home perfect for some relaxation, features TV, sofa and pool table for your enjoyment.

Enjoy a dip in the hot tub on a lovely Virginia evening and have the opportunity to watch for wildlife and take in the beauty of Massanutten Resort. The hot tub sits in a covered deck with flat screen TV (Cable and Netflix), fire table, and outdoor seating! On the lower level, there is a large wet bar, pool table, and entertaining area with flat screen TV.

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide a wonderful area for entertaining and gathering. Rewind by a cozy fire in the gas fireplace found in the living room. Gather with friends and family around the custom-built wood table to enjoy a meal, or simply a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an abundance of pots, pans, cookware, and dishes to accommodate large family meals! For guests who enjoy cooking endeavors: The beautiful kitchen has double ovens and gas cooktop!
