About this property

Fully furnished and move-in ready with new appliances throughout the kitchen and laundry room. Monthly or long-term leases available starting in June 2024. Note Township requires a 30-day minimum lease.

Cass Lake is a 1,280 acre all sports lake, the largest lake in Oakland County. House is located on the main lake with a sandy bottom, no weeds, and gradual water depth. Perfect for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc... 2 kayaks and a paddle board are on-site for guest use. House faces south with excellent sunrise and sunset views. Includes both a deck and cement patio the full width of the home facing the lake. Sleeps 8 total (3 bedrooms and pull-out couch).

Local Pontoon Boat rental available through Cass Lake Boat Rentals. Offers discounted rates for our tenants and provides turn key delivery to the property dock.

Absolutely perfect

Bob’s place was perfect in every way. We stayed for five weeks and it was perfect. Clean. Quiet. All of the stuff we needed, plus lots of extra. Bob was super cool and great at communication. We will book again for next summer.

Great Lake house stay!

We had a great time staying at Bob’s. The place is perfect and has everything you need. Great layout for maximum lake enjoyment with the indoor rooms all windows, the upper deck and grilling fun and a great lower level in the shade for hotter days. Super cute decor! And the owner is super friendly and very responsive. We will hopefully be back!

Beautiful location, cute neighborhood

Bob was wonderful in adapting for our needs. We stayed here with our two children while our home was being finished. It was a perfect stay for a short term rental and fully accommodated. Supplies were fully stocked, the coffee maker was a wonderful upgrade, and you can’t beat the views! We loved walking our kids through the cool neighborhood and watching for ducks over the bridges. Thanks for hosting us!
