About this property

Very comfortable independent fully equipped cottage classified furnished with 3 stars tourism in Chaudenay recently renovated of 60m2 in a wooded property in a warm and very quiet setting with a space to eat and rest outside with deckchairs, table, chairs, parasol and barbecue, a place private parking is in front of the cottage in the closed property plus a large swimming pool is to be shared as at the hotel with the owners.

It consists :

- an atypical fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker + oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee and pod kettle, blender, food processor, toaster) and a dining area
- a lounge area with click clac quality dunlopillo (sleeping for 2 people), a flat screen TV
- a large bedroom (comfortable bed 160 cm) separated by a glass roof overlooking the living room
- a bathroom with corner shower, sink + mirror, electric heated towel rail from a toilet and a washing machine.

- Possibility to lend baby equipment (bed + chair)

Burgundy Countryside

A fantastic property and host. The nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in during this 2 week holiday. We made the mistake of cancelling our rental car leaving some challenges locating transportation back and forth from this peaceful village. All turned out ok as our gracious host Martine helped locate taxis and ride services, which are scarce. Recommend fluent French language skills…which we don’t have. Thank you!

Nice small Gite in village

Very friendly and welcoming host for this Gite in the backyard of the owners. Would not stay there with 4 persons, as the bed (couch in the living room) does not seem very comfortable. House is extremely clean and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast and wine in the fridge). It is just a pity that the bedroom has no window. Thank you Martine!
