Paki Maui 213 Wonderful Condo Next to Park, Beach and Farmers Market

If you are looking for a lush tropical oasis, this condo is for you. Overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. The unit was recently remodeled with new tile floors, granite counters, and remodeled bathroom. This is one of the nicest units at Paki Maui to choose from.
The condo is equipped with free WI-FI, large flat screen tv, large outdoor lanai (deck or balcony), and sofa couch. The unit has a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals from the wonderful farmer's market across the street. If you have children, the park next to the complex is sure to please.

There is a sun deck, pool, jacuzzi spa, barbecue grills, and picnic area on site. Paki Maui is perfectly located. To the North are some excellent hiking trails, championship golf, shopping and dining, luxury spas. Some of the best restaurants that Maui has to offer are just a short drive or Uber away.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Close to it all. Next to a large beach and playground. Across the street from the playground is a large farmers market as well as a grocery store, restaurant, coffee house, massage spa, and more. Just a short distance away is a larger grocery store, multiple restaurants, hiking, surfing, golfing, and shopping.

Less nice than we thought it would be
We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because the bed was so uncomfortable. The ceiling fan did not work in the livingroom. There was a noisy, portable fan to use. The freezer had mini ice cube trays. There was packets of cream that were so hard, they could not be used. I would not stay here again.

Great location
Very clean and in a great location, we really enjoyed staying here. There are a few excellent places to eat just across the street, access to great snorkeling and beaches close by.

The place is full of tiny cockroaches, I booked the 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people, we didn't have sheet or blankets for the sofa, I ended up buying them, no air conditioning. On the check out date at 11:10 am I was putting our stuff on the cart getting ready to leave, a lady came to let me our check out time was at 11am even though she saw us we were about to leave, she was just standing there putting some pressure. I would never stay there any more.
