About this property

This rental, facing south very comfortable is tastefully arranged and located on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula between the beaches and the town center. The land is closed.

Detached house with a total surface area of 130 m², spacious and bright. Large terrace with sea and garden view.

• Ground floor: large living room, lounge opening onto the terrace and garden with tv and Internet. New fitted kitchen - 1 Bedroom with a double bed (140 * 190) - Shower room - Separate WC. Wood stove in the living room

• Floor: 2 bedrooms with large double bed (160 * 200) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 * 190) - Bathroom with WC.

• Exterior: landscaped garden, terrace and barbecue. A lockable storage space for bikes, strollers or surfing is attached to the house.

It is located 800m from Portzic beach, a little more from Morgat beach and only 500m from the church in the center of Crozon where you will find the market (6 days a week), supermarkets and all shops. nearby without taking the car, 200m from the cinema too!

In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Sehr schönes Haus, gepflegt, gute Zimmer.

Für das sehr schlechte Wetter kann der Vermieter nichts. Gut, das das Haus schön war und das WLan stabil. Der Verwalter, Erwan, war sehr nett und zuverlässig.

Excellent séjour !

Belle maison bretonne, spacieuse et très agréable, avec grande terrasse et jardin. Très bien équipée pour une famille (grandes chambres et salle de bain ; lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine à café Nespresso, équipements de cuisine complets, couverts pour enfants très appréciés par notre cadette de 4.5 ans ;-)). Bémol : l'isolation phonique quasi inexistante, les parquets craquent et on entend tout. Accueil sympathique (avec bons conseils au sujet des restaurants, marché, plages, etc) et procédure d'arrivée/départ aisée ! Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la presqu'île (qui est magnifique !), plusieurs belles plages de sable fin à proximité, petit marché quotidien sur la place de l'Eglise avec produits artisanaux, locaux, bio : mention spéciale pour le Fourn'île qui fait de délicieux pains au levain (et leur kouign amann est une tuerie !) et, plusieurs soirs par semaine, food-truck les pizza de Selwa qui valent le détour). Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour !

Wohnen wohnen mit Stil

Schönes altes Haus, in der zweiten Reihe gelegen, sehr ruhig mit schönem Garten und Terrasse und im Obergeschoss mit Ausblick auf die Meeresbucht. Großzügige Räume im Ober- und Untergeschoss. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Obergeschoß wird nur durch eine große, steile Holztreppe erreicht, nichts für Alte und kleine Kinder… Außerdem ist bauartbedingt das Haus extrem hellhörig. 😳 Ich möchte dort nicht mit fünf oder sechs Leuten zusammen wohnen. Aber das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Leider hat es einen echten Negativpunkt gegeben. Während wir vor Ort waren, hatten wir schon den Eindruck, dass es im Haus etwas „feucht riechen“ würde. Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Hause mussten wir feststellen, dass unsere gesamte Garderobe und alle Dinge, die wir das Haus gebracht hatten, wirklich nachhaltig nach Schimmel riechen. ☹️
