Slidewaters water park is a mile-and-a-half away, and it's a five-minute drive to Manson restaurants, a casino, shopping, and award-winning wineries.

Great place to stay

A very clean and cozy place to stay! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and having a washer/dryer was clutch for a trip with a toddler and baby. You can hear the upstairs neighbors at times, but it didn’t really bother us for the most part. Very close to downtown and the park! Overall, we lucked out with this spot, especially for the price. Thanks so much for having us!

Peaceful getaway

We have stayed at Park Pointe condos on numerous occasions, we really like the location-close to town. This is the first time in a ground floor unit, so a little noisy from time to time, but not terrible. The unit was nice, with comfortable beds and cable TVs that allowed us to watch our Mariners! No complaints, would recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Ideal location for exploring the area. Quiet and comfortable property which is outfitted with just anything you would need. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Only issue was figuring out where the parking passes were amd getting them from the right place.

The Condo was very clean and in good order when we arrived. Location was good near the town center. There were 5 steps down to entrance and no grab bars in either shower which made it more difficult for an elderly family member.

The condo was clean and conveniently located to the pool and amenities of the area. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the laundry area and covered parking. We had a very nice time. The only complaint was that the light bulb in the microwave was burnt out, maintenance said that they would replace it but they didn't. Overall it was very nice.

The place was spacious. The beds were really good. Good water pressure. Outside patio was a nice place to eat. The kitchen is a little small, but had everything we needed. There was a broken can opener and the master bathroom towel rack was broken. We were told there would be 2 parking passes and 2 parking spots, but we only had 1 assigned spot and 1 parking pass. Our 2nd car had to park in overflow parking up the hill a little bit, but it wasnt too bad. Overall, a very nice to stay. Well definitely stay again.
