Large house with 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Large kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) This is open to the living room and a large living room in a veranda on the ground floor of garden . Attached to the verandah is a terrace with barbecue area, and a walk-in shower for beach returns. A few steps lead to the garden where there is a large garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.

Activities: Numerous beaches with vast expanses of fine sand.
Nice bike path (5 minutes from the house) leading to either Pointe de Grave or Soulac for the closest walks. (2 bicycles are available)
From Pointe de Grave, Ferry to Royan (crossing 20 minutes) and Bohemia boat to the Cordouan Lighthouse.
To the south, visits of the greatest Médoc wines with their magnificent Châteaux.
From Talais, going towards Pauillac then Margaux, road along the Gironde Estuary with charming little ports and restaurants. On this road you will find the famous fishing huts on the Gironde, the squares.
Further south is the capital of the new Aquitaine, Bordeaux, a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
