Small charming house fully restored, very bright (bay window and large sound window and "mirror" effect, passersby see themselves inside).

Ideally located in one of the most popular boulevards of ST MALO (boulevard with direct view of the sea), this town house will charm you with its ideal location close to all shops, 5 minutes from the Thermes Marins you can spend a pleasant stay. Ideally placed to discover Mont Saint Michel.

It will offer you quality services:

- new fitted kitchen (induction hob, Bosch microwave, Electrolux fan-assisted pyrolysis oven, 250-liter Electrolux combination (185 l fridge + 65 l freezer) with granite worktop; espresso coffee maker; kettle; toaster; everything you need for a good holiday by the sea
- living room, tv, internet box, storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board + iron, washing machine
- bathroom with window: 100x80cm shower; cabinet under sink and wc
- terrace with wooden table and 4 chairs + awning awning + Tefal electric plancha
- outdoor shower (for return from the beach);
- closed driveway along the house giving the possibility of storing: bikes, boards, strollers, roof box ... (bicycle rental at 400m, surf and sailing school nearby)

Upstairs 2 bedrooms:
- 1 with pull-out bed 2x80x190cm (possibility of putting in 160x190cm), storage cupboard (specify when booking the chosen arrangement 1x80x190; 2x80x190; 1x160x190cm)
- 1 with 160x200cm bed, tv, storage cupboard
Close to all shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, various restaurants for all tastes); 100m from a bus stop; public garden opposite => possibility of holidays without a car.

The deposit is 500 € due on arrival and refundable on departure or at the latest 1 week after departure.

Possibility of putting bed linen at your disposal (10 € per bed including fitted sheet, pillowcases, duvet cover and duvet cover) and towels (10 € per person including 1 bath sheet 70x140cm 1 towel 50x100cm and 1 glove toiletries) to be specified when booking;
WITHOUT THE BED LINEN SUPPLEMENT the rooms will be left with protective covers on the mattresses and pillows

The cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant (s), if it turns out to be necessary to carry out the cleaning during the handing over of the keys, a fixed price of 50 € will be retained on the deposit.

A tourist tax defined by the city of St Malo is to be added (1 € 20 / day / person from 18 years old)

Most Enjoyable Tiny House
The house is situated in the neighbourhood of Paramé. It is beautiful, with many old houses, very close to the beach and within walking distance of many small shops and restaurants. The house itself is well equipped with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. I personally would not want to be more than two people staying in the house at a time. But that just might be me. And I definitely could image staying for a longer holiday or coming back any time. You can reach everything by foot, getting to Saint Malo center is a beautiful walk on the beach. There is ample parking space in front of the house. And even though it is a fairly big street it is quiet at night. For anyone who wants to spend a relaxed holiday in Saint Malo this is an ideal place.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in St. Malo! Das Haus ist wunderschön mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wahrscheinlich auch wieder hier hin!

Hat Spaß gemacht, soweit hat alles gepasst. Würde mir lediglich wünschen, daß Bilder grundsätzlich nicht mit Weitwinkel inseriert werden dürfen.

St. Malo house
Nice small house,living area quite small,window onto pavement made us feel we were on view to people walking by even with the mirrored window.The bathroom downstairs is an inconvenience due to the quite steep stairs especially at night.
