About this property

Welcome to Villa B07! This unit has been completely renovated with all new flooring, walls, windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, granite countertop, state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, a new full bath with walk-in shower and new vanity, new half bath with new vanity, and a new hot/cold shower on the outside of the villa. The two bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably but there is a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate 2 more. It has 3 TVs, one DVD player and its own private WiFi. There is screened-in lanai with a patio table and four chairs. It's conveniently located between the beach and the pool and there are chairs available at the beach and the pool for your use. 7 Nights Minimum Stay Dec. 16th - April 30th 5 Nights Minimum Stay May 1st - Dec. 15th Additional Person fees may apply.

Excellent location

The property had amazing proximity to beach/ pool. The only small issue we had was that the villa itself could have been cleaned up a bit better prior to our check in, and that the TVs in the unit were not compatible with the remotes, thus we could not control them.
