There is additional seating for six on the outdoor patio. Do not feel like cooking inside? Use the gas grill complete with a tank of propane for your convenience. There are even comfortable chaise lounge chairs to lay out on while waiting for your burger!

The living room has a large sectional couch, two comfortable chairs, and a flat screen smart tv mounted to the wall. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed, a flat screen tv, and a spacious bathroom. There is also access to the front courtyard via a sliding door.

As you walk up the stairs the second floor contains the master suite and the two remaining guest rooms. The master suite is complete with a king bed, a large smart flat screen tv, a private balcony, and a gorgeous bathroom. The first upstairs guest room has a queen bed and twin trundle with a flat screen tv. The second guest room has two queen beds, a flat-screen tv, and even an extra twin mattress - located in the large walk-in closet. Both guest rooms share a bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.
