Sejour agreable . Bonne situation

Bien situé par rapport à la plage et le centre de Sanary si on accepte de marcher un peu et avec un peu de denivelé ( mais la vue se merite ! ) Vue imprenable sur la mer à l'étage mais nécessite de nombreux allers et venues avec la cuisine par le petit escalier en colimaçon (peu fonctionnel de ce point de vue) Armez vous d'une bombe anti fourmi (les proprio laissent de la nourriture à l'année: sucre , etc... ? )

Traumhafter Ausblick bietet die vollendete Entspannung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich! Das Obergeschoss mit Schlafsofa, Sommerküche und einer riesigen Terrasse (ca. 35qm) bietet einen schier unglaublichen Blick auf die breite Bucht. Tipp: Fernglas mitnehmen! Wir haben uns fast nur im Obergeschoss und auf der sehr schön gestalteten Terrasse aufgehalten und auch 10 Nächte lang auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen, obwohl dessen Matratze extrem durchgelegen ist. Aber der Blick vom Nachtlager auf die Bucht ist einfach einzigartig und das Obergeschoss mit seinen über die gesamte Breite gehenden Fenstern (alle mit Rolladen) sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das untere Hauptgeschoss mit Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist vom Stil her eher durchschnittlich gestaltet – gerade im Vergleich zum sehr modernen Obergeschoss – erfüllt aber in allen Punkten seinen Zweck, auch wenn es die eine oder andere Ecke gibt, die ein wenig der Modernisierung bedarf. Alles in allem hat die Whg. aber ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mit dem Ausblick auf die Bucht dieses wirklich einzigartige Flair. Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist in 10-15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermärkte mit dem Auto in 10 Min. Der Ort Six-Fours-les-Plages selbst ist eher enttäuschend. Der Strand ist zwar riesig und bietet einige sehr gute Restaurants und auch den Verleih von diversen Wassersportgeräten. Der Strand selbst ist aber absolut gesichtslos. Auch der Ort selbst hat nahezu keine Historie zu bieten, wie man sie sonst von unzähligen anderen Orten an der Küste gewohnt ist. Im Grunde bietet die Ferienwohnung einen perfekten Rückzugsort zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen, um sich dann so ab dem frühen Nachmittag mit dem Auto zu einem der sehr schönen Strände wie z.B. Plage de l’Estagnol oder Plage de Cabasson (ca. 1 Std. entfernt) aufzumachen. Auch in die andere Richtung laden Cassis oder die äußersten Zipfel der Bucht mit landschaftlich sehr schönen Stellen zu 15-30 Minuten entfernten Ausflügen ein.

appartement avec une vue magnifique mais très vétuste, à raffraichir

très gros point positif, la terrasse et la vue magnifique : principal défaut, pas de clim ni de rideau occultant sur les grandes baies vitrées du duplex, exposées plein sud impossible le plus souvent d'installer un parasol ou dérouler le store ban compte tenu du mistral très présent sur la région couettes, oreillers , bain de soleil, à changer de toute urgence escalier très pentu et étroit , attention aux enfants. je pense qu'un bon rafraîchissement serait à prévoir.
